· Rashes and hives, especially if something's applied topically (like sunscreen)
· Intestinal issues, such as stomach discomfort/cramps/pain, diarrhea, nausea and/or vomiting
· Lethargy varying from tired to (literally) not able to stay awake
· Joint pains, especially overnight and in my legs
· Weakened immune system; sinus infections
~Delicious Roast Beef Recipe~
You will need Foil....1 oblong cake pan....dried basil, dried concentrated garlic 1 eye of the round roast....I usually buy one for about $14 to $19 ...they run about $4 a pound. They look kinda long and narrow.
Place foil in bottom of cake pan....Place roast in center of pan on the foil....sprinkle one to 2 tablespoons of granulated garlic and one to 2 tablespoons of dried basil over the top of the roast. Now pull up the foil tight around the roast...get another piece of foil and put over the top and tuck it tightly around it. Make a hole in the top foil in the center as big as a nickel. (no bigger as you want the roast tender and slightly moist)
Put it in a 350º oven for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. This whole procedure except for baking, takes only five minutes or less. Then you will have the most tender, delicious, roast beef in the world.
You can slice it and freeze it for
sandwiches or eat it for a great meal....YUMMY! You can bake potatoes
with it on the last hour.

1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons Rumford baking powder
4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup currants
1 cup oatmeal flour
6 cups or more popcorn flour
Stir together...batter should be very thick, chunky, and hard to stir.
Grease one large cake pan generously with butter or olive oil and put the batter in loosely..do not pat down.
Even it out in pan. Bake at 350º for 45 Min. Top should be brown. When cool, mix it and put it into zip lock bags.
