 GET FIT IN ONE MINUTE PER DAY!

(I saw this on TV...I changed the one minute to the count of 200)

Lie on the floor on your tummy...... then you raise up, resting on your forearms...turn your toes in like bracing yourself (push with toes against floor)and raise your body holding your belly button tight  in like you want to touch your spine with it...(your back should be flat like a plank)  for the count of 200.   That is the same as doing 1,000 crunchies.  

 

I have only done this five times so far and I can really feel the difference already!

The first exercise consists of pushing your stomach muscles out and pulling them back

The second exercise is making a tiger face which means a huge exaggerated smile..eyes closed...

neck muscles tight.

The third one is lying on your bed on your stomach and kicking your legs

The fourth one is sitting up or lying down and deep breathing in thru nose

and slowly exhaling thru mouth.

Times.

 


The fifth one is clasping hands in front of chest and pressing heels of hands together

Times


WALK 200 Steps

ten times...that is a total of

2,000 steps.


Now does that sound hard?

It is actually fun.

These exercises do wonders for your tummy....makes it concave.

Keeps your neck and chin tight and face firm.

Helps circulation to your heart.

Firms chest and strengthens upper back.

You will feel a sense of accomplishment and energy.

Legs will become strong and shapely.

When it is time to relax...the breathing exercises will make it easier.


 

I found this site a while back and I have been wondering where to post it.

I think this would be a good place.

I think this site started out as a spoof but it turned into an outcry.

I can hear the pain and heartache ring out with words of sadness..some

with humor..and all

trying to be brave and reassured.
