BREATHING is something we all pretty much take for granted...this page will

point out how important proper breathing is.

I have listed some of the things proper breathing may help...What an easy solution..to just take time each day to get the right amount of oxygen you need

working for you!!

Deep breathing inspires your intestinal peristalic action to work harder..so if constipation is one of

your problems..this will help.

Here are some other things you may help with proper breathing.

Shortness of breath...

Feelilngs of heaviness ...Poor sleep or insomnia ...chronic fatigue

Feeling generally run down...Fibromyalgia....Palpitations...Panic attacks

Dizziness

Yawning or sighing a lot

Feelings of being too hot or too cold

Pain, excessive, continuous or   chronic

Migraines

General Blah feelings and many many more health problems.


 

During normal, shallow breaths, the miniature air sacs in the bottom of the lungs are not open, so they remain partially collapsed. A concentrated effort to breathe deeply opens these sacs.

This extra oxygen promotes the energy that maintains the body in good form

Some Other Useful Information

 

INSOMNIA

Insomnia Sleeplessness that is repeated night after night is called insomnia. Insomnia is a complaint of non-restorative or insufficient sleep. Sleep onset insomnia means not falling asleep when you go to bed, and sleep maintenance insomnia means waking up several times a night, or waking too early in the morning.Symptoms may also include excessive daytime sleepiness.

Take about 2,000mg of calcium every day, divided throughout your day. Take it after your meals and right before you go to bed. Calcium has some calming effects.Also take 1,000mg magnesium daily - magnesium is needed to balance the calcium and it also relaxes your muscles. Vitamin B would also

Go to bed only when you are sleepy. If you can not fall asleep in 15 minutes, get out of the bedroom, watch TV, read, etc. - as long as the activity is relaxing and not stimulating. Return to bed only when you feel that you are tired enough to fall asleep. If again you do not fall asleep - repeat this procedure as needed. Do not nap during the day, and try to maintain a regular sleep schedule, going to bed and waking up at the same time, even on weekends.

In the evenings eat bananas, dried fruits, milk, whole grain crackers, grapefruit, turkey. These foods have tryptophan, which promotes sleep. Foods such as bacon, cheese, chocolate, eggplant, potatoes, sugar, tomato, wine, coffee or alcohol - all are brain-stimulating foods. Avoid eating those before bedtime. Avoid smoking before bedtime - nicotine is also an alerting substance.

Take a hot bath (but not a shower) about an hour before you want to go to sleep.

Finally, insomnia can be caused by different reasons, including medical and psychiatric conditions, medication or drug use and other sleep disorders. If none of the above suggestions help your insomnia, your physician or a sleep specialist may be able to help you find the underlying cause of your insomnia.


Quitting Smoking

Seek professional guidance on the best ways for you to quit smoking.

If you are a smoker or even a passive-smoker try to supplement your diet with the following: vitamin C (helps your body fight against cell damage), vitamin B-12 (needed for your liver), vitamin E (an antioxidant) and vitamin A for your lung mucous membranes (if you are pregnant do not exceed 10,000IU). Use 200mg, of coenzyme Q-10 twice a day - this will help oxygen flow into the brain.

Eat many fruits and vegetables, especially onion and garlic, on a regular basis.

Do not eat peanuts

Stop eating animal protein during lunch time, except for boiled fish. Instead, have lots of dairy products.


IMPORTANCE OF ZINC!

 

Zinc is found in every cell of the human body. It is essential for protein, vitamin A and E absorption.

Zinc has important functions in the immune system, is considered to have antioxidant properties and helps to prevent acne.

If you notice that your smell and taste senses decrease, it might mean that you are suffering from zinc deficiency.

If your nails are weak, you suffer from hair loss, high cholesterol levels, bad night vision, impotence or memory impairment - that could also be a sign for zinc deficiency.

The minerals iron and zinc can interfere with each other's activities. Take supplements of iron and zinc at different times.

When perspiration occurs the body loses a significant amount of zinc. Low levels of zinc can also be associated with liver or kidney problems, or even if you suffer from diarrhea.

Foods that contain zinc include: alfalfa, brewer's yeast, eggs, fish, lima beans, mushrooms, pecans, seafood, and whole grains.

Don't take more than 100mg of zinc per day. Taking more might weaken the immune system.

 


Personal experience on Plantars Warts from Seek2no

Plantars Warts... I had gotten them in shower room in high school many there had them , contagious. Think I read it in book of Jethro Kloss "Back to Eden" Castor Oil on bandaid until roots appear black (mine was as big as dime and I walked on side of foot, needless to say they got my attention :)

Now after taking bath take tweezers and pull roots right out, millions of them! Kept putting the castor oil on after no more black roots and found some appeared way after the rest died. Oh I was so undeniably exuberant that such a simple method worked. Never got them again either! ha Body probably said No more of that! Here are a few really good tips on getting rid of warts.

I use these tips on my kids. There are 2 way to get rid of them.

1. Take a banana and put it in a paper bag until almost black. When ready, throw away the banana and keep the peel. The peel is what you are going to use. The peel can be stored in the fridge for the time being.

Now, this is what you do. Cut square pieces out and place the banana peel on the wart, the peel will be faced up. Cover w/ bandage and replace every 24 hrs. This will stink, but it works.. It will also look black, don't worry, it is supposed to look like that. Keep doing that until you see no wart..

THIS DOES WORK, IT TAKES A LITTLE TIME, AS I KNOW, I USED THIS ON MY SON.. THERE WILL BE NO SCARS EITHER.

2. Here is another one, and this works too.

OH THOSE PESKY DANDELIONS, WELL........ THOSE ARE GREAT TO USE TOO. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS ...THIS.....PICK THE FLOWER OF THE DANDELION AND USE THE MILKY STUFF THAT LOOKS LIKE GLUE, AND PUT THAT ON THE WART, COVER AND REPEAT EVERY 24HRS, KEEP DOING THAT UNTIL WART IS GONE.

PLEASE BE ADVISED....THESE WORK BUT...NATURE TAKES TIME.. PLEASE BE PATIENT..
