It is amazing how many people are not drinking water. They replace water with other liquids thinking

it is the same.

It isn't!!

We need pure clear water to cleanse our bodies from the inside just like we

shower to cleanse the outside.

Interesting facts about Water

The kidneys can't function properly without enough water. When they don't work to capacity, some of their load is dumped onto the liver.

Every person needs 8 -8 ounce glasses of water daily.

To get rid of excess water, you must drink MORE water.

How much water is enough?

An average person needs 8-8oz glasses daily.

Thats about 2 quarts

(The rule is one half ounce of water for each pound of body weight)

Also this amount should be increased if you exercise regularly, or the weather is hot.

COLD water is absorbed into the body more quickly.

Morning: 1 quart over a 30 minute period.

Noon: 1 quart over a 30 min period

Evening: 1 quart between 5 and 6 oclock

When the body gets the water it needs to function optimally, its fluids are perfectly balanced. When this happens you have reached the 'breakthrough point'.

what does this mean?

Fluid retention is alleviated

Endocrine Gland function improves

Natural thirst returns**

If you stop drinking enough water, the symptoms will reverse, and you will have to attain another 'breakthrough'
