This is a fun way to flatten stomach and get a good work out without too much effort. All you need is a bag of Solo Neon Flexible plastic straws...75 count .....two empty glasses and a rubber band.
(White straws will work but are very boring)
....and a little dedication.
The object of the game is to get as many straws from the full glass into the empty
glass as possible each day.
Count out fifty straws and place them in a glass.
Count out the other 25 and put a rubber band around them.
Have another empty glass handy.
Lie on bed or floor.
Tighten your stomach muscles 100 times holding for a few seconds on each
ten. When you get to 100 put one straw in the empty glass.
If you are just a beginner you may rest in between ten counts.
Advance slowly to next exercise
With legs straight and flat.
Hold the 25 straws with both hands.
Raise hands straight up so you can see them.
Now....
Bring arms forward about ten inches and as you bring them back to a little beyond starting point...
tighten stomach muscles as hard as you can as you squeeze the straws as hard as you can.
Do 100 of these motions (holding tight all muscles continuously) and you earn 8 straws.
(You should feel the sides of your rib cage and arms and entire stomach area being pulled)
One Leg drop
Hold leg vertical in air while lying on back...slowly drop leg as you count slowly to 100
as the leg gets closer to the surface it gets harder so pace yourself.
You get 3 straws for each 100 count.
Do both legs equal amounts.
Two Leg Drop
Hold both legs vertical in air while lying on back on floor or hard bed.
Slowly drop both legs at once counting slowly to 100.
The pull on tummy is really hard as you get closer to the surface.
This earns you 10 Straws.
"Crunchies"
With hands behind neck sit up until you feel your stomach tighten....do 100 holding for six seconds after each ten.
This will earn you 15 straws!
Feel proud of yourself for any amount of straws
you earn each day!
You can do this at different times during the day or all at once as you get stronger.
I like to earn at least 60 straws a day.
Last Saturday I earned 120 straws.

This exercise makes you feel fit all over. If you have back problems you will find that they seem to disappear.
Do this exercise daily to help y our back...and more!
Facing west...stand with your feet shoulder width apart...Point the toes slightly inward...Raise one hand up in the air...(from the side up ...not forward up) Then bring the hand down and raise the other hand. Try to keep your abdomen still. As you do this your mind should follow these actions...Do this exercise as many times as you like as this exercise helps lower back pain..shoulder pain and kidney problems and spinal problems.
(15 straws for five minutes)
You can work in Kegal exercises if needed ... and do them all at once...
1 bonus straw if you combine Kegals with any of the above.
