Heavy metals can cause great damage to the body...Here are some ideas and links that will
help you rid your body of this dangerous material.
Dandelion Root can be used because it helps your liver remove toxins from your system. Try drinking 2 cups of dandelion root tea per day. Also echinacea, burdock, clivers, yellow dock, calendula and red clover.
MSM (sulfur) Helps you de tox too.
'The Detox book' by Bruce Fife has the very useful information.
An apple a day is a good choice.
There are also Apple pectin tablets to take.
Vit C pulls out heavy metals....as well as blue-green algae
..DMPS...is a very long name for something that pulls mercury from the organs of the body
Chlorella, cilantro and spirulina are the only known natural substances to remove mercury from the body.
Both chlorella and cilantro have been found to remove mercury from the muscles and the brain where it has been found to accumulate. Chlorella is better at targetting mercury in the muscles and cilantro is better at targetting mercury in the brain.
Plenty of green vegetables like brocolli, green beans, peas, etc. Two servings or more per day. I was told that this helps the overall process of detoxing. These vegetables are good for you even if you're not in the detoxifying process.
