I purchased a teaching model doll at the one above and have
been studying the points. I just massage the points with the tip
of my fingernail and it is working great.
This teaches you all about body parts and meridians...how certain
points can bring instant relief.
The reason I was so excited when I found it was because at
one time my neck was frozen in place for two days.
I couldn't move it a fraction of an inch without excruciating pain.
I remembered that I had a book on acupressure and I looked it up
(hard to do with your head turned sideways)
It said the point to release a frozen neck was in the center
cheek of the buttocks on the side your neck was hurting...
I pressed deep and felt a sharp pain
on the point on my buttocks...My neck released in a split second and it
didn't even feel sore after being in that odd position for two days!!
