Health boards to help you find out what others with same health problems are doing.
These are some things I have tried ...they have helped me to relax.
Smile at yourself in the mirror 40 times...(smiles).
You may feel very sad..but the body thinks you are happy and starts
Sending out things to make you feel better.
Recite "The Night Before Christmas" no matter what month it is..
The four quarter time is a known relaxant.
Outstretch your arms and pretend you are running to hug a long lost loved one.
Tears ...like raindrops...fall ...and make your Spirit grow...
Put two glass jars in your room...One large and one small.
The big one is for the good things....the small for the bad.
Write down on slips of paper the good and the bad things in your life and put them into the proper jar.
When you are feeling down....take a handful of good things and read them...
When you are finished...take one bad note out of the jar and tear it up .
Soon you will only have the good things in your life.
It works!
Work like you don't need the money
Dance like nobody's watching
And love like you've never been hurt.
MEDITATION
My body and all of its organs were created by the infinite intelligence of God.
The infinite wise presence within me is now transforming
every atom of my being...making me..healthy...and strong
at this very minute....I give thanks for this transformation...
I can feel it taking place now!
Wonderful are the works of God and the power He has given to me
to keep myself strong and healthy.
Defining "To Let Go"
To let go does not mean to stop caring, it means I
can't do it for someone else...
To let go is not to cut myself off, it's the realization
I can't control another...
To let go is not to enable but to allow learning from
natural consequences...
To let go is to admit powerlessness which means the
outcome is not in my hands...
To let go is not to try to change or blame another,
it is to make the most of myself...
To let go is not to judge but to allow another to be
human...
To let go is not to be in the middle arranging all the
outcomes, but to allow others to effect their destinies...
To let go is not to be protective, it is to permit
another to face reality...
To let go is not to deny but to accept...
To let go is not to nag, scold or argue, but to search
out my own shortcomings and correct them...
To let go is not to adjust everything to my desires but
to take each day as it comes and cherish myself in it...
To let go is not to criticize and regulate anybody but
to try and become what I dream to be...
To let go is not to regret the past, but to grow and
live for the future...
** To let go is to fear less, and to love more...
If you are lucky enough to find the book
"How to live 365 days a year" by
John A. Schindler M.D.
Be sure to read it.
He tells how we can make ourselves well or ill by our thoughts.
He calls it the EII Response.
Emotionally Induced Illness
He says...A monotonus repetition of unpleasant emotions can set off a response in the nervous
system and endocrine glands.
Unpleasant emotions produce symptoms of disease. Tight muscles spasms cause pain
Pain causes more pain...Pain causes constriction of intestines and blood vessels that
in turn starves cells...Hyperventilation...fast breathing...(and you may not realize you
are doing it) causes numbness tingling..rapid heart..internal quivering...fainting ...weakness
and cramps...(caused by a drop in carbon dioxide in blood)..You may have felt this
waking from a nightmare...Cup your hands over your nose and mouth and keep
breathing the same air over and over for awhile and you will come out of it.
This is also called "ANXIETY ATTACKS"
THE PITUITARY OVER PRODUCES AND SENDS OUT STH...WHEN YOU ARE UNDER STRESS!
The emotions that cause this are defeat...futility and discouragment. The STH produced
causes Tiredness...General Aching ...Nausea ..weakness and inflamations.
(DOES THIS SOUND LIKE FIBROMYALGIA????)
YES!!!! YOU can cause YOURSELF to have ill health!!!
You get on a roll and you can't get off.
Emotions that cause stress must be controlled!!!
I suggest having Rescue Remedy on hand at all times.
You only need a few drops.
Try to laugh.
Hang out with happy people.
Take back Control of your own thoughts and feelings.
PRAY!!!

Attention!
I have had over ONE MILLION visitors to this, My AOL Site in the last nine years.
The counter kept reverting back to zero, but I kept my own records each week.
I have now attached my two sites together under one counter starting at 2000.
This is March 15, 2007.
I hope I will not have any more trouble with counters. Sincerely, Kesti
